I live a long distance from your dealership, can I get an estimate over the phone or email?
While we can give a rough estimate over the phone or email, we must see and drive your vehicle to give you a final number.
How do you determine the value of my vehicle?
There are many factors that determine your vehicle's value:

Will you buy my car even if I don't purchase a vehicle from you?
Absolutely! We buy cars from our customers every day who don't purchase a replacement vehicle.
Why is my appraisal price lower than a retail price?
When we buy a vehicle or take one on trade, we have to recondition the vehicle to not only be clean ready for sale, but to pass our state-mandated 125 point safety inspection. With any vehicle, we have to assume reconditioning costs, and we must purchase the vehicle at a price lower than we believe we can sell it for.
Is my appraisal price negotiable?
Yes! We will work with you to arrive at a value that is fair for us and for you.
What if my current loan is more than the appraised value of my car?
If you owe more than your car is worth, it will be your responsibility to pay the difference between the value of your car and the loan amount owed. In some cases, that amount can be paid off by a new loan if you are purchasing a replacement vehicle.
